iPhone SE 2 release date, specs rumours & price 

Based on a leaked build of iOS 14, we now know that a new iPhone SE for 2020 (rumoured to be called the iPhone 9) exists and will appear at some point in the nearish future. Despite delays related to the COVID-19 outbreak, multiple sources now point to an iPhone SE 2 launch in April - although they are divided over the precise day of the launch. An astonishing leak on Apple's own website suggests it could arrive any day now and will be called simply - and confusingly - 'iPhone SE'.

When will the iPhone 9 come out?

We know that a new iPhone SE exists, following the leak (to 9to5Mac) of an early build of iOS 14 which mentions the device in its code. This indicates, incidentally, that the iPhone 9 will support Transit Express, and 9to5Mac believes this will be used to encourage owners of the iPhone 6 (which does not) to finally make the upgrade.

Price :
Apple iPhone SE 2 price in India is expected to be Rs. 27,990. Apple iPhone SE 2 Expected to be launched on Apr 15, 2020. This is 3 GB RAM / 64 GB.

In brief, current rumours predict the following iPhone SE 2/iPhone 9 launch details:

  • Updated LCP antenna for improved wireless performance

There's plenty of evidence that the 9/SE 2 was originally slated to arrive in March 2020, likely alongside the iOS 13.4 update. This would have coincided with the usual Apple spring event and come three years after the launch of the original iPhone SE.
Dimensions :
The iPhone SE had a 4 inch screen (that's 4 inches measured diagonally from corner to corner). The handset itself measured 123.8mm by 58.6mm and was 7.6mm thick. It weighed 113g.
The iPhone 8, which has a 4.7in screen, measures 138.4mm by 67.3mm and is 7.3cm thick. It weighs 148g.

here's what the rumours are indicating:

Processor
TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that the iPhone SE2, which he expects to launch in 2020, will adopt an A13 processor, as per his October 2019 research note. Kuo also believes that the new SE will offer 3GB RAM.

Screen
It seems that the iPhone SE 2 could have a 4.7in screen rather than the current 4in. The Home button is expected to remain on the SE 2, so don't expect the notch.

Camera
We could see a 5Mp or 7Mp FaceTime camera with Retina Flash replace the 1.2Mp FaceTime camera in the current model.

Modi government releases Rs 17,287 cr to states to fight Covid-19. New Delhi: The Modi government on Friday released Rs 17,287.08 crore to different states to enhance their financial resources to deal with the various challenges in the country’s fight against the Covid-19  pandemic. The Mosi government released advance payments of over Rs 1,276 crore to Kerala , followed by over Rs 952 crore to Himachal and over Rs 638 crore to Punjab. Assam received Rs 631 crore, Andhra Pradesh Rs 491 crore, Uttarakhand Rs 423 crore, and West Bengal got Rs 417 crore. This follows assurance given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to chief ministers in a videoconference on Thursday.
