Coronavirus LIVE Updates: CM KCR says Lockdown in Telangana may be extended till June 3.

The novel coronavirus, or COVID-19, pandemic has spread across 183 countries. Today is the 13th day of India's 21-day lockdown. The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in India stands at 4,067. The Union Health Ministry has said that 109 people have died due to the virus.

Total confirmed cases in India have risen to 4,067.

Globally, there have been over 12.7 lakh confirmed cases of COVID-19. At least 69,500 people have died so far. Cases continue to rise in the United States, Spain, Italy, Germany and France, among others. The outbreak is having a major impact on global economy and the stock market.

Telangana sees 6 Corona deaths among those attended Delhi religious prayers

HYDERABAD: Six people from Telangana who attended a religious congregation in Delhi's Nizamuddin between March 13 and 15 died due to novel coronavirus, the state government said on Monday. "Coronavirus has spread among some of those who attended a religious prayer meeting from March 13 to 15 at Markaz in Nizamuddin area in Delhi," according to an official release. "Among those who attended were some persons from Telangana." Two of the six died at the Gandhi Hospital, one each in two private hospitals , and one each in Nizamabad and Gadwal towns, the statement said, without mentioning the time of their deaths.
